Timeframe for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot process refund requests that are made after this window.

Once approved, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are not eligible for refunds:

• Accounts that have been accessed by the customer and are working as described
• Accounts that were compromised due to customer's actions (sharing credentials, changing settings, etc.)
